Rebounding For Health

Out of all the different aerobic exercises, jumping on a rebound unit is one of the most efficient forms of exercise yet devised by man. Thousands of people are discovering profound physiological benefits from using the rebounder.

The improvements that people experience when they use the rebounder over a period of time are:

• An increase in muscular strength
• Improved posture, balance and coordination
• Revitalized vision and better mental functioning
• Reduction in stress level and control over addictions
• Improvement in the blood, lungs and all the internal organs
• Slowing down the aging process and relief of pain
• Elimination of toxins from the body, weight loss and an overall sense of well-being.

Rebounding is different than all other forms of exercise because it puts gravity to work for you with the least muscular effort. It is the most efficient method of lymphatic circulation. The lymphatic system is the metabolic garbage can of the body. It rids the body of toxins, fatigue substances, dead cells, cancer cells, nitrogenous wastes, trapped protein, fatty globules, pathogenic bacteria, infectious viruses, foreign substances, heavy metals, and assorted junk the cells cast off.

The lymphatic vessels contain one-way valves comprising a hydraulic pressure system, any up-and-down motion on the rebounder repeatedly opens and closes these valves. Regular exposure to rebounding places your entire metabolism at the healthiest plateau of activity, with the help of gravity.

HOW DOES GRAVITY WORK FOR YOUR?

  1. At the bottom of the bounce the valves are closed. Poisons, toxins and waste products are being squeezed out from between the cells.
  2. As the body bounds into the air valves are still closed, waste is loosened from the cell, nutrients are passed from lymph to the cells.
  3. At the height of the bounce the body is weightless. Valves are open ... Fluid begins to flow.
  4. As the body descends, fluid flows, sucking waste products out and away from the cells to be eliminated by the lymph fluid.

Dr. Samuel West, a noted lecturer and author has stated that rebounding is the best way to circulate the lymphatics. If the lymphatic system is circulating properly it is practically impossible to get sick.

As well, when you bounce up and down on the rebounder all your muscles and heart become stronger even without increasing your heart rate. Why? Because as you come down on the rebounder unit you put greater gravitational pull (G force) on your muscles. Any heart muscle fibers grow in strength. So, all of your muscles and muscle layers within the arterial walls grow stronger, too. With each bounce sixty trillion cells in your body are continuously being strengthened.

You may ask, if rebounding is so good for you, how come it isn't more popular? The answer to that question is, we have been conditioned to look at exercise from the "no pain, no gain" mentality and also, "how could something so simple be good for you?" We need to change our thinking and prove it to ourselves.

WHAT MAKES REBOUNDING SPECIAL?

• Strengthens every cell, muscle, organ, tissue, bone and tendon in the body.
• Gives all the benefits of aerobic exercises without jarring the skeletal system.
• Saves you time (ten minutes of rebounding is as effective as 25 or 30 minutes of jogging, without the jarring effect).
• Provides pure pleasure in freedom of moving, turning, twisting, kicking and stretching that can be performed anywhere.
• Protection against heart disease, cancer and degenerative diseases.
• Helps you heal the earth by healing yourself.
